Accessible Anywhere. YourMedChart Practice Manager interface is a web-based application available to participating physicians anywhere, anytime. Physicians can easily access all of their patient records at home, at their office, or anywhere they have a secure internet connection.

Simplified Report and Document Management. YourMedChart Practice Manager simplifies the addition of lab results and other patient records into electronic form. YourMedChart establishes a fax number for participating physicians which converts faxed documents into pdf documents. These pdf documents can then be easily associated with existing patient records by the physician's staff. To associate records, staff personnel use the YourMedChart Practice Interface.

Diagnostic Quality Imaging. Images are entered under the YourMedChart Practice Manager in two ways. Digital files can be easily associated with existing patient records using the YourMedChart Practice Interface. Actual films will be processed at YourMedChart headquarters where they will be digitized into diagnostic quality images and associated appropriately.

Patient Visit Charting. Physicians and staff will be able to write visit notes directly into the YourMedChart system while they are seeing the patient.

Problem Lists. Physicians are able to maintain problem lists for each patient within their electronic record. These lists help organize physician visits and notes as they treat their patients.

Prescriptions. Physicians & patients are able to track patient medications and avoid adverse drug events or medical mistakes.

Detailed Histories. Physicians are able to keep detailed past medical history, surgical history, family history and social history information for each patient.

Free Updates. During their membership, physicians will have the luxury of free updates and enjoy selected future features aimed at enhancing Practice Manager's array of tools physicians will have at their disposal.
